October 2026: introducing Wise Ed
Wise Technologies introduces Wise Ed, a student information system for higher education built on Wise Timetable. Wise Ed is for the student office, the lecturers, the students and their parents; Wise Timetable stays the timetable it has always been.
Wise Ed starts from what the timetable already knows — programmes, subjects, the curriculum and the students with their groups — and adds what a student office does every day: admission and enrolment, exams and grades, assessment and degree audit, attendance, fees and financial aid, requests and decisions, the thesis and the diploma, lecturers’ work and self-service, messages, relationships and alumni, national reporting and management insights.
Its home page is a work queue: what is waiting, oldest first, with one button to the screen that settles it. Its rules name what is unusual and let the office decide. Every document carries a code anybody can check, and the school can take all its data out in one button, whenever it wants.
- Every module on a page of its own, in six groups.
- Built on Wise Timetable: one set of programmes, subjects, students and lessons, never typed twice.
- For the student office, lecturers, students and parents and payers — what each of them gets.
- Getting started: how a school starts, and how it moves over from the system it has.
October 2026: from the first enquiry
What the newest modules add for admissions, lecturers and the management.
- Enquiries and campaigns: a web enquiry form hosted by Wise Ed or embedded in the school’s website, walk-ins at the desk, campaigns with their own link, and admissions counsellors with a daily list of follow-ups.
- Attendance: the lecturer’s roll call by hand beside the timetable’s QR code, on the same lists.
- Lecturer self-service: “My students” with each subject’s students and an export.
- Insights: an overview for the management, the admissions funnel from the first enquiry, exam processing and lecturers’ workload.
- Student records and Finance: emergency contacts, documents and eligibility, guided study changes, fee waivers and who owes what per cohort.
