Welcome to Wise Timetable ("the Service"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, software and related services provided by Wise Technologies d.o.o., Cesta 24. junija 23, 1231 Ljubljana, Slovenia ("we", "us" or "our").

By accessing or using Wise Timetable, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • Service refers to the Wise Timetable software, website, APIs, mobile applications and related services.
  • User, you or your refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
  • Content means any data, text, files, documents or other materials imported, uploaded or generated using the Service.

2. Use of the Service

2.1. Wise Timetable is provided for professional and educational scheduling purposes. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2.2. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service.

2.3. You must not:

  • Attempt to copy, modify or reverse engineer the Service
  • Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable or impair its functionality
  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activities

3. Intellectual property

3.1. All rights, titles and interests in the Service, including but not limited to software, source code, design, text, graphics and logos, are owned by Wise Technologies d.o.o. or its licensors.

3.2. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Service.

4. Data protection and privacy

4.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4.2. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4.3. Users remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data they import into the Service.

5. Service availability and support

5.1. While we strive to provide continuous availability of the Service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5.2. Maintenance, upgrades or unexpected outages may cause temporary unavailability.

5.3. Support is provided as described in your service agreement or subscription plan.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

6.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

6.2. We expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6.3. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will meet your requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
  • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wise Technologies d.o.o. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

7.2. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for using the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Third-party services and integrations

8.1. The Service may integrate with third-party systems, for example student information systems.

8.2. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or reliability of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and conditions.

9. Termination

9.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

9.2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia and the European Union.

10.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ljubljana, Slovenia.

11. Changes to the Terms

11.1. We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on our website.

11.2. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
