Who it is for

For students

A student’s whole study on one page of the school’s timetable site, made for a phone: what needs them next, how far they are in the curriculum, their documents, invoices and requests. They sign in once per device with their enrolment number and a six-digit code sent to their student e-mail, and the same sign-in opens exam registration, electives and attendance.

  • No password to remember
  • No printing, no signature, no post
  • The student decides who else sees their data

My studies, on one page

The first page says who the student is and then, in this order: what is next, messages, progress, enrolment and documents, invoices and payments, and the way to requests, the thesis and personal data.

The student portal on a phone: what is next, the newest messages, and progress through the curriculum year by year
My studies. The most urgent thing comes first.

What changes for a student

  • The enrolment form online. Last year’s data is already filled in; the student checks it, chooses electives where the year has them and hands it in with a code by e-mail.
  • Requests without a queue at the counter. Choose what you are asking for, attach a file or a photo, hand it in; the decision comes back as a PDF with a number and a verification code.
  • Progress, not a list of grades: every subject of the curriculum passed, registered or open, the credits so far and both averages.
  • Invoices with a payment code. Scan it in the bank’s app and the amount, the account and the reference fill themselves in.
  • Personal data the office has on record, each field saying whether the student changes it, the office approves the change, or only the office changes it.
  • The thesis step by step, from the topic to graduation, with whose move it is.

The modules students meet

The school decides which are switched on, so a part may be missing for you.

Student portal

“My study” on a phone: what is next, progress, invoices, documents, requests.

Exams and grades

Exam records, online grade entry, rules that say why, sign-off and the transcript.

Finance

Price list, instalments, invoices with a payment QR code, payments, aid and payouts.

Who sees my data

An adult student decides, person by person and part by part, what a parent, a payer or a sponsor sees: the timetable, exams, grades and progress, attendance, announcements, invoices. A change takes effect at once, and the student can see who looked at what.

A payer sees the invoices addressed to them without the student’s consent, and nothing else unless the student shares it. Below the age of majority the school decides what guardians see, and the page says what that is. More on third-party access.

Questions from students

Where do I sign in?

On your school’s timetable site, under My studies. Type your enrolment number and the six-digit code from your student e-mail, or use your school’s Microsoft account where the school signs in that way. The device then stays signed in.

Where do I register for exams?

On the timetable’s exam registration page, with the same sign-in. My studies shows your exams under what is next and leads there.

Can my parents see my grades?

Only if you share them, once you are of age. Under age, the school decides and your page says what it shows.
