Third-party access
Parents, payers and sponsors, each seeing only what the student allows.
Who it is for
A parent, a company that pays the fees or a sponsor gets a page of their own on the school’s timetable site, signed in with their e-mail address and a six-digit code. What they see is what the student shares with them, part by part; a payer always sees the invoices addressed to it. Every look is recorded, and the student can see it.
The data is the student’s. Of an adult student, a parent or a sponsor sees exactly the parts the student has switched on for them, and the student can switch each off again at any time.
Third-party access holds the links and the consents; finance and messages fill the page.
Parents, payers and sponsors, each seeing only what the student allows.
Price list, instalments, invoices with a payment QR code, payments, aid and payouts.
Direct and department messages, announcements, alerts and text messages.
By an invitation: an adult student invites you from their own portal, or the student office links you and sends the invitation. You sign in with the invitation code once, and afterwards with your e-mail address and a code sent to it.
The portal is a web page made for a phone and works in any browser. The parent mode of the mobile app is built but not in the app stores yet.
Because the student has not shared anything with you yet, or has withdrawn it. Your page says which; the decision is the student’s, not the school’s.
Book an online presentation. We will walk through how your student office works today and show you the same job in Wise Ed — with your programmes, not a demonstration dataset.
