Cookie policy
Last updated: August 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Wise Technologies d.o.o. ("we", "our", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website wise-tt.com (the "Website").
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites function properly, provide insight into how services are used, and enable a more personalised experience.
2. Types of cookies we use
Essential cookies
Necessary for the operation of our Website. They allow core functions such as navigation and access to secure areas. Without them, the Website cannot function properly.
Performance cookies
These collect information about how visitors use our Website, such as pages visited and time spent. The information is aggregated and anonymous, and we use it to improve the performance and usability of Wise Timetable.
Functional cookies
These allow the Website to remember your preferences, such as language settings, and provide enhanced features.
Analytics and third-party cookies
We use two third-party services that set their own cookies. Google Ads measures whether a visit that began with one of our advertisements led to a demo request or a trial download, and may use that data for ads personalisation; Google's own description of how it handles this data is published on Google's Business Data Responsibility site. Microsoft Clarity records aggregate usage patterns, such as which parts of a page are read, so that we can improve it.
Neither is loaded with your consent granted until you choose Accept on the banner. If you choose Decline, or make no choice at all, no advertising or analytics cookies are stored on your device.
Spam protection on our forms
Our enquiry forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which distinguishes a person filling in a form from an automated script. It is loaded only when you begin to use one of our forms, never on an ordinary page view, and when it runs it sends your IP address and information about your interaction with the page to Google. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We use it to protect the Website against abuse, and for nothing else: the result is a risk score attached to that one submission and it is never used for advertising or profiling. Because it is a security measure rather than an advertising or analytics one, it runs whatever you choose on the consent banner.
3. How we use cookies
- Ensure the Website functions correctly
- Remember your preferences and settings
- Analyse traffic and usage patterns to improve Wise Timetable
- Secure the Website and protect against fraud
4. Managing and withdrawing consent
When you first visit our Website you will see a banner with two choices, Accept and Decline. Nothing beyond the cookies strictly necessary to serve the page is stored until you choose Accept.
To withdraw consent you have already given, clear this site's data in your browser and reload the page: the banner will appear again and you can choose Decline. In Chrome and Edge this is the padlock icon in the address bar, then Cookies and site data; in Firefox, Clear cookies and site data; in Safari, Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data. Your choice is remembered in this browser only, so it must be made again on another device.
You can also manage or disable cookies generally through your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Website.
5. Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with the updated date.
