The same timetable from the teaching side, plus the things only a lecturer does: enter availability, book a room, request a change and pull the reports for their own load.
Students choose their optional modules online, before or during enrolment, from the list of what is actually running this year — and the office gets every choice back as a spreadsheet rather than a pile of forms.
One feed per lecturer and one per room, written nightly for the whole year, so a timetable keeps itself up to date inside Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar without anybody re-issuing anything.
Teams, Zoom or Meet addresses held on the room, the subject or a single lesson, with the order that decides which wins set per programme — and resolved identically on the web, the apps, the emailed schedule and paper.
