Wise Timetable

Companion products

The rest of what we build

Wise Timetable is our largest product but not our only one. These are separate applications, sold separately, built by the same team on the same principles. Some sit directly alongside academic timetabling; one solves a scheduling problem almost nobody else has bothered with.

The products

Wise Time Planner

Scheduling built around the individual student rather than the cohort — which is what tuition centres, language schools, music schools and driving schools actually need, and what almost no timetabling software provides.

Wise Event Planner

Venue booking and event management with a full approval lifecycle, for institutions that host conferences and hire out their space. Eleven defined event stages, six user roles, and a finance role that sees the money side.

Wise Exam Planner

A standalone web application for building the examination calendar: exam blocks, programmes, years, branches, subjects and examiners, with printable output.

Magnetic Board

Drag-and-drop manual placement, modelled on the physical magnetic planning board a timetabling office used before software — because sometimes a human wants to move things by hand.

How they relate to Wise Timetable

They are separate products with separate licences, not modules of Wise Timetable. If you are evaluating academic timetabling, you do not need any of them — room booking, exam scheduling and reporting are already included in a Wise Timetable licence.

Where they help is when an institution has a second scheduling problem that does not fit an academic timetable: a conference centre it hires out, a language school running one-to-one lessons, an examinations office that wants to build the calendar before it reaches the timetable.

Not sure which one fits?

Describe the scheduling problem and we will tell you which product addresses it — or say plainly that none of them does.
