Publishing
Publishing timetables to your website
Ready-made web pages served directly by the application server, carrying your logo and your layout, so they read as part of your own site rather than a third-party tool bolted on.
Three ways to put it on your site
- Link to it. The simplest option — a link from your website to searchable timetable pages served by the application server.
- Embed it. Place the pages in an iframe within your own template so they appear as a seamless part of your site's design.
- Build your own. Read timetable data directly through the documented REST API and render it however your web team prefers, with real-time display and full control over presentation.

Searchable, personalised, and yours
Published pages are searchable by student, staff member, room, course or group, so a student finds their own timetable rather than downloading a PDF of the whole faculty and scrolling.
Customisation includes your institution's logo, branding and layout on published timetables — included in the licence rather than quoted as professional services.
Personalised timetables for individual staff and students are generated automatically and are ready for web and mobile, with out-of-the-box integration into calendar applications so people can subscribe rather than check.
Databases and institutional systems
Where your institution wants timetable data inside its own systems — a portal, a virtual learning environment, a mobile app you already run — the REST API allows your internal systems to read directly from the database. That enables real-time display, automated reporting and genuine interoperability rather than a nightly export.
