The full desktop administration application, with every feature enabled — not a crippled evaluation build. This is the same software our universities use to build their timetables.

Try the booking system in your browser with no installation at all. Sign in at the demo instance with username
demo
and password
demo
to see room reservation, approval workflow and published timetables from the user's side.
Fill this in and the link appears immediately — there is no waiting for a sales team to release it.
Two builds are available: wttu.exe for universities and wtts.exe for schools. Both are served from wtimetable.com/Downloads. Stuck on setup? Email support_wise@wise-t.com — our support team helps trial users, not only paying customers.
The desktop application is where timetables are built, so it will make far more sense with a small slice of your own data in it than with the sample set. Export one faculty's courses, rooms and lecturers to Excel and import that — our support team will help you map the columns at no charge.
If you would rather not spend the time, a tailored online presentation covers the same ground in forty-five minutes and we do the driving. Most institutions do both: a demo first to decide whether it is worth pursuing, then a trial to convince the rest of the committee.
We will run through the trial software with you, on your data, and answer whatever your team wants to test.
