Room utilisation figures are what capital planning committees ask for when someone proposes a new building. Workload distribution is what heads of department argue about every year. Producing these from the live timetable rather than from a manual survey changes the quality of those conversations considerably.
Reports are available as web-based presentations, as in-application analysis, and as exports to Excel or PDF for committee papers. Layout and content are fully customisable, and multiple views exist for lecturers, students, rooms and courses.
